We aim to process and dispatch orders in the shortest possible time, i.e. within 2 working days.
 

Delivery times

All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail Ltd.  When you submit an order online, you are able to choose any of the delivery options described below.

Note: the estimated delivery times shown are as per Royal Mail guidelines.

UK delivery options

1. First Class (Large Letter or Parcel)
   
   The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
    
2. First Class (Large Letter or Parcel) Signed For™
   
   The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. Choose this service if you want confirmation that your item was delivered. Please note: this is not a fully tracked service. To check confirmation of delivery, please visit Royal Mail's web site (Track & Trace page) and enter the 13 character reference number (tracking code) relative to your order, which can be found at 'My Orders', on the 'General Information' column.
    
3. Second Class (Large Letter or Parcel)
   
   The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
    
4. Second Class (Large Letter or Parcel) Signed For™
   
   The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. Choose this service if you want confirmation that your item was delivered. Please note: this is not a fully tracked service. To check confirmation of delivery, please visit Royal Mail's web site (Track & Trace page) and enter the 13 character reference number (tracking code) relative to your order, which can be found at 'My Orders', on the 'General Information' column.
    
5. Special Delivery Next Day
   
   Choose this service if your item is urgent or valuable. Royal Mail guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1 pm next working day, also the compensation options are up to £500 and £1,000. On delivery of your item, Royal Mail will collect a signature to confirm receipt. To check confirmation of delivery or track your order online, please visit Royal Mail's web site (Track & Trace page) and enter the 13 character reference number (tracking code) relative to your order, which can be found at 'My Orders', on the 'General Information' column.  Please note that the guaranteed delivery does not apply if:
   • Royal Mail is unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item;
      
   • The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery;
      
   • Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for their redirection services.

International delivery options

Royal Mail uses the standard Airmail service to send mail anywhere in the world.

        1. International Standard - Europe

The estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.

        2. International Signed - Europe

The estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. Choose this service if you want a secure registered delivery; it is tracked to the point it leaves UK and takes a signature on delivery. To check confirmation of delivery or track your order online, please visit Royal Mail's web site (Track & Trace page) and enter the 13 character reference number (tracking code) relative to your order, which can be found at 'My Orders', on the 'General Information' column.

        3. International Tracked and Signed - Europe

The estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. Choose this service if you want a full end to end tracking, a signature on delivery and online delivery confirmation.         4. International Standard - World (Zones 1, 2 or 3)

Postage and packing costs

According to Royal Mail guidelines, delivery charges for First and Second Class mail, including Signed For™ are based on the total weight and volume of your order; however, Special Delivery Next Day is based on the weight only. Postage charges for International Standard (Europe and World), including International Signed For and Tracked and Signed are based on the weight and volume of your order.
