Occasionally you may wish to cancel an order or return an item you have purchased. All items we sell are covered by our 30-day returns guarantee. Just return it to us in its original condition, securely packed, along with the receipt, within 30 days and we will refund your original payment.
Most refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an 'exchange voucher', which will allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to be processed.
If you ever need to return an order because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will check all items returned as damaged. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
